At the end of August, the lovely Bridget from Art Sessions Dorset did some creative sessions with the families. Everyone really enjoyed the afternoon and the children were keen to put sequins on everything ! You can see some of the beautiful creations they made below.
There was lots of creative activities, from painting, glass painting and sculpting and everyone enjoyed spending some quality time out doing some art. As Bridget says " Sessions like this are important to help build friendships, improve language and provide stimulation and bonding time for all involved".
Everyone had snacks mid-way through the afternoon. In the future we hope to be able to hold another session with Bridget ! A huge thank you to Bridget and many thanks to all those who helped out on the day!
